The answer is.... YES, it is possible to have it.
I don’t think we can add a new unique auto-generated ID
to a SharePoint list without custom code, but there already is one there by
default. If you edit the “All Items” view you will see a list of columns that
do not have the display option checked.
You would see the ID
column unchecked there.
Select that column to your view and you will get a
unique auto incrementing column for your list.
