The DNS cache stores locations (IP addresses) of
webservers that contain pages which are recently viewed. If the location of the
web server changes before the entry in the DNS cache updates, we cannot access
the site.
To fix this we need to clear the DNS Cache
Click the Start button.
On the Start menu->Run ->cmd
Type the following: ipconfig /flushdns
