I was trying to upgrade the license of SharePoint 2010
from Standard to Enterprise from Central Administration
-> Upgrade and
Migration -> Convert farm license type. The column to enter the Product key
to upgrade was greyed.
How to fix this
Browse to Central Administration -> Upgrade and
Migration -> Enable Enterprise Features ->Choose Enterprise.
If the upgrade to Enterprise did not work from Central Administration,
